Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Camp Alpha, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

What Camp Alpha is

Camp Alpha is an AI development platform. You describe what you want to build, and the platform helps generate a product requirements document (PRD) and working code toward that description.

Subscription & billing

Camp Alpha's Full Access Plan costs $39per month, billed monthly to the payment method on file. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Camp Alpha to:

• Build anything illegal, harmful, or intended to defraud others
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Share your account access with people outside your organization without our permission
• Generate content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated code: no warranty

Camp Alpha uses AI to generate code and content based on your prompts. AI-generated output can contain mistakes, security issues, or code that doesn't do exactly what you asked. We provide this output "as is," with no warranty that it is correct, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code before you rely on it or ship it to production.

Your content

You own what you build with Camp Alpha — your prompts, your PRDs, your generated code. We store it to provide the service to you, but we don't claim ownership of it.

Ending your account

You can cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Camp Alpha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to AI-generated code.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Camp Alpha after a change means you accept the updated terms.
